What do the payout statuses mean?

Updated October 15, 2026

Every cash-out request you make shows a status in the Payout requests list on your dashboard.

  • Pending: we've received your request and it's waiting for review. The amount is set aside and no longer counts toward your available balance.
  • Held: we've paused your request for an extra check before it goes ahead. The amount stays set aside while we look at it.
  • Approved: your request passed review and the payment is being sent.
  • Paid: the payment has been sent to the crypto wallet or Airtm account you entered.
  • Rejected: the request was not paid. The amount is no longer set aside, so it counts toward your available balance again.

You can only have one request in review (Pending or Held) at a time. Payment is sent within 3 business days of your request.

If your request was rejected

Check that the payout details you entered (wallet address or Airtm account) are correct, then make a new request from the Cash out card once your available balance is at or above the minimum (currently $5). If you're not sure why it was rejected, contact us and we'll explain.
