• Your IP address, approximate location (country and, where needed, region) determined from your IP address, and basic technical data about your device and connection (such as device type, operating system and app version), when you use the website or app.
• Records of how much internet bandwidth you share through the app.

• To create and run your account and send you service messages.
• To run the app, measure the bandwidth you share and calculate your earnings.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.

When you turn on the app, it shares part of your internet bandwidth with us. We provide that bandwidth to business customers, who use it to route their own internet traffic through your connection. Through this, your IP address is visible to the websites those customers visit. We do not use the app to read your personal files or your own browsing. We review business customers and approve their use of the shared connection for purposes such as checking prices, testing ads and conducting market research in different countries. Illegal activity, spam and accessing private accounts are not allowed.

We do not sell your email address. We share information only with (a) the business customers described in section 3, as needed for bandwidth sharing, (b) service providers who help us run the service, such as hosting, analytics and payment providers, who may only use it for that purpose, and (c) authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.

Essential cookies support requested features such as signing in, security and remembering your cookie choices. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve it. Analytics can collect pages visited, interactions, referring sites or campaign information, device and browser details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Google processes this information for the analytics service; see Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics is off until you select "Accept analytics". If you reject analytics or make no choice, we do not load Google Analytics or send it analytics data. You can use the website without accepting analytics. Select "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes the analytics cookies set by our site; contact us through our contact page about deletion of data already collected. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and their duration. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent requested features from working.

We may advertise SteadyEarner on other websites, including reward sites. Those websites have their own privacy and cookie policies. Buying an advertisement there does not, by itself, mean that their tracking technologies are installed on our site. Any optional advertising tracking added to our website must be disclosed and offered as a separate consent choice before it is enabled.

We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting and legal reasons. Then we delete or anonymize it.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop using the app at any time, by contacting us through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, and we will honor them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SteadyEarner. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it and close the account if we learn of it.

SteadyEarner is not available to anyone located in or resident of: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Sudan, or the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. We use the approximate location (country and region) determined from your IP address solely to enforce these eligibility restrictions and for no other purpose. We may update this list as laws change.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email or in the app if the changes are significant.
