Terms of Use
Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Terms apply to SteadyEarner.com and the SteadyEarner app, operated by ABC888 Operations Corp, doing business as SteadyEarner ("we", "us"). Contact us through our contact page.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or installing the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may use the service only where it is legal and permitted by your internet provider. You must own the device and connection you use, or have the owner's express permission to install the app and share bandwidth. Do not use workplace, school, public or other shared networks without express permission from the network operator.
The service is not available to anyone located in or resident of: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Sudan, or the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. You may not use the service if applicable sanctions or other laws prohibit it. Do not hide your location to bypass these restrictions.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your login details and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade restrictions, or transfer your account without our permission.
3. Bandwidth sharing and risks
When the app is active, you authorize us and our business customers to route internet traffic through your connection using your bandwidth and IP address. Websites and services receiving that traffic see your IP address. We do not use the app to read your personal files. We review business customers and approve their use of the shared connection for purposes such as checking prices, testing ads and conducting market research in different countries. Illegal activity, spam and accessing private accounts are not allowed.
Sharing may use data, electricity and device resources, slow your connection, or cause extra charges. Traffic originating from your IP address may lead to complaints, IP blocklisting, additional CAPTCHA checks, or restricted access to websites and services. Your internet provider may restrict or suspend your connection if sharing breaches its rules. You are responsible for your provider's charges and for checking that you have permission to share.
You can stop sharing by closing or uninstalling the app. Stop immediately if you lose permission to share the connection. Do not use the app on a metered connection unless you accept the potential costs.
4. Earnings and payouts
Earnings are calculated in US dollars for each minute that your computer is on, its internet connection is live and the SteadyEarner app is connected, up to a maximum of 8 paid hours per day, per account. Earnings are time-based, not per gigabyte of traffic.
Tier 1: $0.0003 per paid minute. Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Tier 2: $0.0002 per paid minute. Countries and territories: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Chile and Uruguay.
Tier 3: $0.000125 per paid minute for all other eligible countries and territories. The excluded locations in section 1 remain excluded regardless of tier.
The minimum withdrawal is $5. Once your balance reaches $5, you can select cryptocurrency or Airtm as your payout method and request payment. Allow up to 3 business days after your request for payment.
SteadyEarner charges no payout fee of its own. You are responsible for any cryptocurrency network fees or Airtm fees associated with your chosen payout method.
If you choose to close your account with a balance below $5, that balance is forfeited and will not be paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If your balance is at least $5, request your payout before closing your account. This below-minimum forfeiture rule applies to voluntary closure, not automatically to an account we close.
Earnings depend on the published earning rules. We do not promise a particular income beyond any specific earning commitment stated in those rules. We may change rates or eligibility for future activity with advance notice, but changes will not reduce valid earnings already credited.
Payouts may require accurate payment details and verification required by law or the selected payment provider. Providers may have their own eligibility rules and fees. You are responsible for any taxes you owe on earnings. We may pause disputed earnings while investigating suspected fraud and correct credits caused by fraud or a clear calculation error. Contact support if you believe your balance or payout is wrong.
5. Prohibited use
Do not manipulate activity or earnings, submit false information, evade location or device restrictions, interfere with the service, access another person's account, or use the service unlawfully. Do not install the app without the device owner's and connection holder's permission. Do not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the app, except where applicable law permits it.
6. Software license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for its intended purpose while you follow these Terms. We or our licensors retain ownership of the app, website and related intellectual property. This license does not give you ownership of our software or brand.
7. Suspension and ending use
We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, a breach of these Terms, legal requirements or a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure by emailing support. Remaining balances are handled under section 4 and applicable law, including the below-$5 forfeiture rule when you choose to close your account. Fraudulent or incorrectly credited earnings are not payable.
8. Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free software or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update, limit or discontinue the service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes your mandatory consumer rights. This section does not cancel our obligation to pay valid earnings under the payout rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with its effective date. We will give advance notice of material changes by email or through the service. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not accept them, stop using the service before they take effect.
10. Disputes and general terms
Contact us through our contact page about complaints or disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to the mandatory rights described below.
Any chosen law or dispute procedure remains subject to mandatory rights and court access available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
